The stages for setting-up a business
Check that the company name you chose is available by requesting a certificat négatif(business name registration certificate) from the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC)
Schedule an appointment online with the CRI
Prepare your dossier to set up the company (bylaws, head office, blocked bank account, etc.)
Submit your dossier
Obtain the different identifiers (trade register, tax identifier, Business tax, CNSS, Common business identifier…) published in the Official Gazette
Start your business.
